White text on a light grey background when chatting to an agent is very hard to read.
Thanks for sending a screenshot of the error you're seeing - these really help us in diagnosing the issue.
Our mobile team will investigate this and I'll reach out with an update shortly.
Big problem here is if you look closely, there's text I've entered to the left of the SEND button, you can barely read it because it's so low contrast.
