No data of usage since 2 June. Is there a problem?
Hi @Trina . If you're in QLD, it's likely that billing on your account is currently blocked while we remediate the QLD government COVID rebate. If not, shoot me a private message with your account number and I'll investigate.
I have no data for the past 3 billing cycles. Is this related to the previous issue?
