Which information ideally do you want to see for you bill? Which level of granularity do you want, line items or just summaries of things like supply, usage, discounts, balance carried forward etc.
Hi @Howie1, you can download the bill from the app but it's not as obvious as it could be. We're actually in the process of changing this to make it clearer for our customers. Navigate to your current or past bill(s), inside the bill click on the actions button in the top right, then finally click the view PDF version link:
I'm still very keen to hear your thoughts on what ideally you'd like to see in the bill section. Whether its a summary or full breakdown. It's an area we're currently investigating so any customer input is very welcome.
