When trying to make payments I had to click twice on the following
Billing-> Make Payments -> Choose a Service- Pay With - MasterCard , Credit Card or Debit Card, Debit Card, Bank Account, Pay Pal
1) I had to click twice on “Electricity” after choose a service
2) I had to click twice on each of the payments options to get to the next step
