Bill projection and customer service messaging

Projections are always wildly inaccurate clearly technology is not yet able to cope with this idea as it’s ALWAYS way off. 
customer service through messaging in the app is ALWAYS painful and they clearly dnt read evidenced by the stupid responses you get so you repeat and rexplain 100 different ways until you give up cause you just never ever get there or they tell you they can’t help with that most useless system I have ever known

I agree. My projected usage is $299 same time last year it was $163 nothing has changed at all. I have never received a bill this high. The virtual help is useless!
