when I paid my last bill through the app it processed my payment twice. It seemed to get hung the first time so I tired again and when I checked I had paid the bill twice on same day
Thanks for your feedback - this sounds like an unfortunate internet connection or server slowness issue as we have not come across this on a larger scale.
