Usage and Billing never show an arrow and Account sometimes shows an arrow. Since it is one of the main areas , it probably shouldn't have an arrow. Also, it doesn't really work anyway.
1. Navigate to Billing and open one of the past billing records
2. Click Account
Account has an arrow next to it to navigate back
When you click the back icon it takes you back to the Billing main screen, not back to the individual billing record that was open.
