App is displaying incorrect usage

Since my last bill on the 15th of December 20 the app is saying I have used 5 times the amount of electricity than I would normally use, I use an average of 3kw per day, but it is displaying that I'm using 14.32 kw a day. I have taken readings from my smart meter manually for 24 hour periods over several days and it is averaging only 3kw. This is very concerning to me as I have spoken with customer resolutions and have had no satisfaction in resolving this matter.
