ID Verification on iOS Devices (biometrics)

It seems a little redundant that I have signed into your app using my username and password on a secure device that uses face recognition to unlock it and your consultants still want to verify who I am on the chat function.  You should be able to call the facial recognition features in iOS to login to your app and avoid this duplication of effort.

I've checked in with the app team on this one and can confirm that biometric login for the app is planned and on our roadmap. I can't share timeframes at this stage, but account security is a strong focus.

Please allow the option of using your fingerprint to log in. Just about every other app allows that option. Logging in with a username and password is so out of date.
