      <description>&lt;P&gt;The days of building windfarms or other infrastructure on major migratory routes, or breeding /feeding habitats are long past.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Detailed bird surveys conducted over 12+ months (to capture all the seasons) are performed to really understand the use of the site by birds. Bats are more difficult, but as pointed out, not forgotten, and our environmental impact assessments are now also accounting for these&lt;/P&gt;</description>
