When will my solar panels and battery be installed

I spoke to a rep from ehomes and made arrangements and paid a deposit for solar panels and battery. I’ve yet to hear from anyone about proposed installation date. It’s been over 4 weeks. Does anyone know what the expected timelines are?

Hi @CalBanana

It can vary for differing reasons, but the estimated installation timeframes are:

Metro 4-6 weeks
Regional 8-12 weeks

These are from the date of deposit and can take between 1-3 days to install depending on the size of the system and complexity of your roof.
