Moved from ENGIE to AGL to take advantage of the EV plan, on the first day I started seeing my hourly usage with the discounted rate, then suddenly received a letter saying I am being moved to a single tariff. In the letter:

we can confirm your meter is configured for Single Rate Tariff structure and we will charge you the same rate for every hour of every day and your new rates will reflect this.

the thing is, my meter is a smart meter and is capable of time of use metering as is shown in the screenshot. Am I missing something here or should I be calling ip

AGL?

Thanks in advance 🙂
