I don't understand why I am drawing so much from the grid

I have an 8kw system with 13 kw battery storage, installed last year. First two qtrs making money. this current qtr it is costing me money. apart from hot water and oven we have no items that need to draw base load power from grid. the system makes it's 13kw per day and we only have a 2 pax household. Any ideas before I speak with AGL
