Clean up the RUBBISH on the Neighbourhood

Ninety Percent of the Neighbourhood is outdated, no answer is supplied, the new staff do not know the correct answer, and often use a PM to HELP the poster.

As a result there is no resolution for the question.

When someone tries to join the Neighbourhood they should be forced to view / see the reasons behind these pages.

New posters should not be redirected here from the Contact Us page and expect a reply as they are expecting an immediate response from AGL, not a maybe response from an interested member.

AGL staff should be instructed on the reasons for these pages and how to reply.

The @username should be explained so that the correct user can be replied to.

People hiding behind a name should be explained that like a letter (snail mail) or an email that it should be addressed to the intended persons name.

You work it out Basil, being rude is becoming the norm.

Perhaps when one replies to a users post, it should automatically come up with the @unsername
