idea Respect customers wishes to go PAPERLESS in "My Account" Ideas

I went paperless at least 10 years ago. AGL knows my preference for all things via email and never snail-mail.

However after re-signing for 12 months due to an expired 12 month contract they MAIL me a 56 page "Things you should know" booklet and a 23 page "Solar Feed-in Terms" booklet.

As expected, they go directly from my letterbox to my garbage bin.

WHAT A WASTE.

Please respect customers wishes to go paperless. Stop wasting all this paper and money.

I have no doubt AGL will give all sorts of great reasons and poor excuses why they must continue mailing these printed booklets instead of emailing them, so I'll be leaving AGL shortly after many years, to one of the "modern" competitors who have moved with the times.
