But don't go and add threats to it. Don't do the red-letter things threatening punishments.&nbsp;</P><P>I forgot. I needed a gently reminder.&nbsp;</P><P>Do not issue threats with reminders, especially not a reminder issued less than a week the bill was due.</P><P>Disgusting customer service.</P><P>I also have an electricity account with another provider. They do not issue threats. They are looking very attractive.</P><P>How important is my account to you?
