For those wanting to set up their BYO modem with fixed wireless I did not get any info when I switched to AGL.

got it working with 2 key bits of information.

1. PPPoE username is your new AGL internet account number including the lowercase prefix ‘acc’ eg. acc321123,

The password is the same as the username. If you haven’t been sent your account number yet you may be able to get by looking at you AGL myaccount on your AGL app.

2. if you are switching from another fixed wireless provider the UNI-D port you connect to on the NBN Network Termination Device is likely to be the next one. So I went from UNI-D1 to UNI-D2.

hope this helps someone save some time!
