    <description>&lt;P&gt;I enquired 1 week ago about my modem which all of a sudden turned my internet off. I contacted support who suggested an issue with the wiring from the wall, so I organized for an electrician to check there wasn't an issue with the wiring. He confirmed that all wiring is fine and no reason why internet isn't work and suggested I get in contact with AGL again. I called 2 days ago and was told my case would be prioritized. I have not heard back from support and I've still got no internet and issue still not resolved.&amp;nbsp; Can someone please organize a new modem/router or a technician to come and look at why its not working?? I'm paying for a service I'm not receiving!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
