      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a dula band wifi router and it swaps between 2.4 to 5G. When this happens the automated products in my house do not respond. I would like to split it so the 2.4GHz and 5G are constantly on and the connected home products don't drop out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried logging into the Gateway login page and it is not responding. Can you do this remotely for me and can this be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
