      <title>Moving from Exetel - BYO Modem - Authentication Failure</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am moving from Exetel and was using their provided Modem/Router ZTE&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;H268A.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have FTTP connection. Keep getting the authentication failure ( have tried ACC / acc and the number ).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="BT1_0-1684921387331.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2459i6D31A4C9878C1C1F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="BT1_0-1684921387331.png" alt="BT1_0-1684921387331.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It's been 3-4 hours since I have recieved the SMS confirming connection is ready, however the account status on AGL still says in progress.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="BT1_1-1684921584541.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/2460iBE50E817919888AB/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="BT1_1-1684921584541.png" alt="BT1_1-1684921584541.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be really appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I fogot to mention I am not moving house, just providers. Have an active Exetel NBN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So all I had to do was move the cable in the NBN box from UNI-D port 1 to&amp;nbsp;UNI-D port 2. Given AGL services would have been activated on the other port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once I did that, it all works like a charm!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
