Hi @Isabella12 and @TeachKitty

You are able to set your account up for direct debit. You'll be able to update your internet and mobile payment methods in My Account or the AGL app:

Go to the Overview tab.
Scroll to ‘My Internet and Mobile’ and select View my services.
Go to My Telco Account (the person icon in the top right).
Scroll to Payment Method.
Select Add payment details or Edit payment method and follow the prompts.
