      <title>Can't activate my new SIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like this is a very old problem from AGL that they never resolved. I didn't expect this from such a big company. I got a new SIM, but I can't see mobile and internet options in the AGL app. It says, "Something's missing."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The worst part is that they don't have support outside working hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 902px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://neighbourhood.agl.com.au/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/3174iC7C2E8A7554FB21E/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
