    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had my AGL SIM for a month already and still cannot send SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can receive but everytime I send it shows send failure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is ridiculous that I'm paying for a plan with SMS I will cancel soon unless resolved.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
