      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have just ported last week to AGL, very disappointed that the same is happening cannot send/receive MMS. Have restarted the phone and still happening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If AGL knows this is an issue which it obviously is, the company should fix the network otherwise there are many other providers to choose from....       <description>My wife and I both had this issue. She had a SIM card, removed it and placed back in, turned off and on and worked ok. Mine was an e-sim and had to call tech support. They were able to fix in the background and took a couple of hours for update to work but working fine now. If e-sim need to call M-F 8.30-6.00.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Support just told me MMS is turned off by default due to phising scams. This is the first mobile provider I have been with that have it off by default. AGL should call that out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I've seen a lot of SMS based phising scams but none using an image or something else via MMS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I'm dubious regarding the answer provided. Either way they have ensured me will be activated within an hour after I reboot phone or simply reconnect to tower via airplane mode toggle&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had to ring AGL Customer Service to have this SMS or MMS feature turned on to send pics, this is bad practice on AGL's behalf. I also only found out there is no international roaming feature, so if you are overseas &amp;amp; receive text verification codes this will not happen &amp;amp; ironically AGL send SMS verification codes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It worked fine, and I've never specifically requested it to be turned on. I wonder if this is a recent change. If so, it should be mentioned somewhere because it's clearly causing frustration.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Regarding international roaming - it's on the way, but unfortunately I can't share a timeframe for availability at this stage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even going back to the old Nokia era there was always international roaming with the Telco I was with.. it’s a pretty average service if you don’t provide that to keep up with times &amp;amp; keep customers happy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This does not seem to be the issue for us: MMS can easily be activated from the AGL app: use ‘manage mobile’ which then logs you into your AGL account &amp;amp; where you can magage phone settings incl. MMS on or off. We have this on for both our iPhones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, the ongoing problem for us now is that we no longer can send any photos or weblinks to our friends &amp;amp; family via Messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was not a problem with any of our former Telcos, iPhone settings are all correct. Clearly this is an AGL problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry I switched now, has been SO much extra work with support etc. Dont even get me started with a botched Home Phone port for our 94 yr old mother in law who now cant commicate with anyone, including her elderly sister in hospital in UK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dreadful service to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

MMS is indeed turned ON for both our phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have already spent some 25 hrs of time over the last two weeks with AGL phone calls &amp;amp; chat about:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* botched home phone transfer (still inactive);&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* no plan documents can be provided for our xsmall 5gb plans;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* no forthcoming promised credit to electricity after adding internet: any numer of responses including ‘youre not eligible’ to $200, $300 &amp;amp; now even $600 bribes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over it. Next, the Telecommunications ombudsman.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
