Hi @whybother - sorry to hear you had trouble getting hold of us. There's a number of ways to contact us , and while there's always the possibility of technical issues or wait times to deal with, I'm not aware of any outstanding problems like that currently. All the best with your new provider.

does anyone work in customer support at AGL? hopeless - being trying for days for anyone to speak to me - phone, messaging email - anyone got the CEO's direct number ?

We don't actually use email for customer support, but the other channels I mentioned are available. Can you let me know what issues you're having with them?
