&lt;P&gt;It's certainly hard to pay a bill if you haven't received one! I'd suggest you send a message through using the button on the AGL app or your &lt;A href="https://agl.com.au/login" target="_blank"&gt;My Account&lt;/A&gt; page, and have support take a look at your account. If there's any issues, they'll be able to sort them out for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We haven't received our first bill on our 2nd phone we have had for a month ago.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The 2nd phone doesn't even appear on our account page. only a link to usage that has reset for day due.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do we pay a bill we haven't yet received and will this phone be disconnect if we don't pay?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
