Hi Agl team,

I am currently oustide Australia and unable to call or chat as the app does not work outside Australia. Can you please advise how can I get the plan cancelled? Its mobile plan.

Hi @grsh217. Chat and message should still work from overseas. Log in to your My Account page and hit the Message button in the bottom right. If you're still unable to see it, let me know, as there may be a technical issue.

Chat service is advising to call a number which is not answering for last 30 mins.
