Ported to AGL Mobile, esim not installed, no mobile connection for more than 24 hours now

I have ported my mobile number to AGL Mobile yesterday and the Activation of Esim on the AGL app says it is Done. However it wasn't installed on my mobile phone, and now I am left with no connection for more than 24 hours now.

Anybody else experiencing this issue?

I can't event port out of AGL Mobile, because I won't be able to receive the porting confirmation SMS to my number.

Hi @Importable

When you activate the SIM and port the mobile, while the activation usually occurs within the hour but can take up to two business days.

Please let me know if you are still having issues with this and the setup of AGL mobile.
