After waiting 9 weeks for my meter to be upgraded to a smart meter for solar, there is no data in the mobile app or website.

How long does it normally take for the data to become available?

Once your meter has successfully been upgraded, you should expect your usage data to appear within 1-2 weeks.

well 2 weeks have just rolled by, who do I need to contact to chase this up
