Smart meter not updating data

Its been almost 2 weeks since the app is updating the daily usage. I am not sure what is going on. Please help.

Yes, last bill was up to 28/01/2019.

i am having the same issue. After the billing and started a new cycle my daily uses is not upating. With few saying missing and others as pending

Given the fact that you've both encountered this error, it sounds like this may be impacting a number of customers. I've put this in front of our app team for further investigation.

In the meantime, can I please ask if you're able to access up to date data by logging into your AGL My Account?

Thanks for that! It looks like you're able to see more using My Account so the issue likely exists in the app. Can I ask if anyone is currently living in this property? The usage looks very low.

I am having the same issue. For some reason the usage has stopped showing in the app. I have logged onto the agl website to view my account and it’s also not showing the usage.
