I spoke with the AGL solar team yesterday and they confirmed with the AGL solar marketing team that the limit is based on the panel size not the inverter size, I subsequently received an email from them confirming this. I have asked for clarification on this forum as even yesterday a solar installer told me it was based on the inverter.
