Time of Use

AGL recently switched me to "Time of Use" structure identified as PEAK - SHOULDER - CONTROLLED LOAD. I down loaded my usage data and find that since the change (10th December) that the report shows only SOLAR - PEAK - CONTROLLED LOAD power used. Why doesn't the report show SHOULDER power used?

Having gone to My Account, I click on the "Message Us" logo on the bottom right corner, and a "pop up" tells me that my time has expired and to try again.

How do I correspond privately with you or some one who can solve my issue?
