Hi Goodnbad,

An increase in bills is always concerning, and a lot of things can factor into a gas bill increase. I would recommend you check your meter reading and compare it against the End Read on your invoice to check that the bill is inline with your usage.

I would also recommend looking at what gas appliances you have in the property as things like hot water systems, and heaters will causing a spike in the winter months.

I have had an email saying the plan that we are currently on for gas and electricity will be increasing. Are we on the best possible plan?
