High Pitched Sound

Looking for some assistance. I am hearing a high pitched sound that seems to be emanating from the power lines outside my house. It seems to come in 20 second cycles and is really noticeable late in the evening when the sounds of the day have stopped or greatly reduced. It is impacting my sleep and only started happening in the last week. I live in West Ryde NSW. Is anybody else experiencing this?

For issues involving the power lines, you'll need to get in touch with your local distributor directly - they're the company that maintains the connections in your area. To find out who your distributor is, you can find them listed on your AGL bill, or use the AER's Who is my Distributor? page
