Upgrade single phase to 3 phase meter

Hi there,

My newly built house has a smart meter with single phase from AGL.

I am planning to connect the 3 phase line to my house. I have been told that I have to upgrade the current single phase smart meter to 3 phase smart meter as well.

If so, how can I do this??? How much does it cost?

Hi jaydeny,

If I wish to upgrade from a single phase to 3 phase meter, will AGL organise for the completion of the work? I was told that I would need to organise my own electrician to install it, is this true?
