Is a device connected to controlled load also subject to time of use?

Hi Billmik,

The meter/device connected to Controlled Load will be available at different times, and will not run the same as time of use.

So if our controlled load device is drawing grid energy from 6:30 am till midday what rate are we paying for that energy?
