Received padlock for meter box, do I need to inform AGL?

Hi all, I purchased and received a padlock/key (Endeavour Energy) set from Integrity Security Locksmith.

Do I need to inform AGL that our meter has a padlock now and that their meter readers need to use their key for access?

Hi @msupkf - yes, you should get in touch with customer service to inform us once you've got your meter box lock.

Called AGL and they forwarded my call to Endeavour Energy who put a note on padlock for our address.
