I’ve had solar installed and a new smart meter but the app wont show any feed in or usage

I had a new smart meter installed on a site with a new smart meter install last week. I haven’t seen any data feed back to the app to show power generation and consumption. How do I get this to start happening?

You should expect to have access to this data approximately 2 weeks after your meter is upgraded.
