controlled load removed after conversion to smart meter

having been switched over to a smart meter my control load has been removed from my AGL account even though the meter installer wired up the JTarrif and is been metered! how can I get a controlled load re-added? I have already spoken to at least 5 people at AGL with one promising to look into it and call back that was a week ago!
