I reached out around end of May 2026 under the same subject "Notifying AGL of wrong meter and add the right meter but wrong meter remains in account". I was told then that this has been resolved despite the wrong meter continues to appear under my account. After couple of message exchanges, my messages were ignored.

It has become apparent that this remains unresolved as earlier today I received billing for that wrong meter. As mentioned all along that I would not be responsible for a wrong meter including the billing.

What is going on , AGL ? When would this be resolved ?

Hi @atat

When you reached out in May, I had sent you a Private Message collecting your account information.

Within that you had sent me a photo of your meter where I cross checked the meter number on the photo you sent me to the meter number on your account.

I'm more than happy to look into this again for you if you've had a bill come out, I'll send you a Private Message.
