I was told to not pay the bill and it will be reviewed and I should receive a new bill in a few days. I have supplied meter readings before and after the call and my latest bills are a quarter of the estimated bill -$400 down to $100. I received a new bill with the existing amount added on to the new bill, there was no review by AGL at all and now the bill is overdue.
