    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our Smart Meter was installed by Intellihub about 10 days ago. We already had Solar Panels and Battery installed about a month ago before smart meter. I have chased AGL multiple times about not seeing the solar feed data in the app and they keep telling me that smart meter has been reconfigured however data is not updated. This has been happening from nearly a week without a single update. AGL customer service transferred the call to IntelliHub passing the buck onto them who advised me to go back to AGL and ask them to raise a ticker to Intellihub, only then Intellihub will investigate. AGL has literally told me that they cannot do anything as an internal ticket has been raised to another AGL department and it is up to them to liaise with Intellihub. So far Intellihub advised they have not been contacted by AGL after multiple calls , chats. Every representative has given a different timeframe. This is beyond a joke now that they do not have any solutions. They are charging customers for an absolute joke of a customer service. I will be going to EWON (Ombudsman) next week if the issue is not resolved next week. After reading multiple complaints here I am now confident that AGL customer service department doesn’t really care that much apart from raising a ticket without providing any tangible solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
