Controlled Load on Tariff 35

Hi, I'm about to migrate a number of my appliances to a controlled load. I already have a smart meter Mk7a and I'm currently an AGL customer. AGL have "Smart Control Tariff 35" listed on the Retail Contract Residential Rates, but there is no details on when or how long it's on for. Tariff 31 is usually min 8 hrs overnight, and Tariff 33 18hrs. Does anyone know when, or how long a day Tariff 35 on for?

I've tried getting in touch with AGL by phone for this info, but have been on hold for anywhere from 10min to 40min on 6+ occasions in the last three weeks without getting an answer (despite the recorded msg indicating up to 5 mins wait time).

Times can include daytime and night based on grid demand and solar generation, and can be different region to region
