      <title>Offpeak and batteries</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently installed a battery. &amp;nbsp;We have offpeak for hot water. &amp;nbsp;When the offpeak circuit activates the charge is drawn from the battery. &amp;nbsp;However i am charged the full offpeak rate at the same time, which i hope is some kind of setup issue or something. &amp;nbsp;Trying to work out if its the battery provider or agl to contact to discuss?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
