    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello AGL Team,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is an&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;urgent request&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;regarding my electricity and gas services.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I vacated the property on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;3 December 2025&lt;/STRONG&gt;, confirmed by the vacate inspection conducted on 4 December. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel my energy services at that time. As a result, billing has continued, and my account now shows an overdue balance of&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;$317.98&lt;/STRONG&gt;, including charges for the period after I moved out.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have already sent an email to complaint address but have not received any reply. I also attempted to use the online chat service, but it is showing&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;“Currently Offline”&lt;/STRONG&gt;. I noticed on Neighbourhood that other users are experiencing similar issues when trying to close accounts or request disconnection.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I urgently request that you:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Disconnect my electricity and gas services effective from&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;3 December 2025&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Adjust the billing accordingly to reflect my move-out date.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Confirm once the disconnection has been processed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For privacy reasons, I am not posting my personal contact details here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please send me a message directly through Neighbourhood&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;so we can resolve this matter.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thank you for treating this as urgent.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
