topic Glitches meter read in Meters & Connections

It's happened again. For some reason on the App my feed in and shown on the usage side. So instead of getting my tariff feedin I get charged. It happened on 16/8/25 and again on 5/10/25. Although this seems insignificant it puts me out of pocket over $3 . Now I was thinking if this is a glitch imagine how much AGL will get from thousands of customers who don't look at their app. Has anyone else had this.

Hopefully your consumption in the home during the day is used from solar, that's where the bulk of solar savings are made.

I have heard of wiring done wrong, where solar feed is added to usage on a meter, but usually it's a permanent thing (and found very quickly on post install checks), not something spasmodic as you describe.

Strangely, it could well be a rare meter issue.

Where are you seeing this, on the AGL account usage info, daily view chart ?

Your solar has an app and shows the real picture ?
