My meter was due to be read a week ago. I usually get a meassage to enter my meter read. I have had no bill issued. Are there delays??

There are no widespread billing delays we are aware of currently.

Can you confirm if you have received your bill yet?

Meter reading delays are common due to staffing shortages, weather, or technical issues. You can submit your own reading online or contact your provider for updates. Monitor your account for any notifications.
