Gas Meter Not Read by AGL when Moving In

Hi AGL,

My GAS meter was not read when I moved into my new residence on 31 JAN, 2024; I did however take a photo of the reading when I moved in. I have subsequently entered a Meter reading through your App which states I have used much more gas than I actually have. I would like the reading to be updated to the correct reading on my move in date of 31-JAN.

I can provide the photo of the meter when I moved in.

Andy, you need to understand that your gas meter gives you a usage figure.

Look at your gas bill to find out your actual usage.

There is a formula supplied to work out the Mj you use.

I don't has gas and never had it in a rental house.

When I started looking into USER BILLING, I got copies of bills from clients for Elect and Gas users.

Six year later, IT LOOKS LIKE AGL IS JUST MAKING UP BILLING at the moment.
