    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got my gas bill last month and meter reading on bill is really different with my actual meter reading and it’s over charged. I contact AGL and told them the issues, also sent photo of my actual meter reading. &amp;nbsp;Took 4 weeks for them to reply , which says it’s out of their ability to resolve??? They ask me to login to my accounts or visit AGL website???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does anyone had similar issues and can share experience what I can do or who I can contact in this case? &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to self resolve this through a meter reading submitted through the AGL app or online MyAccount, which will automatically issue a new bill if the estimate was an overcharge.&lt;BR /&gt;In case you are finding this difficult, I will send you a private message requesting account details.&lt;BR /&gt;Kind regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Xander&lt;/P&gt;</description>
