We had a smart meter installed on 18th Nov following Solar install on 26th Oct. 7 weeks of solar this quarter and we have a significantly higher bill than same time last year even with some solar credits. Should the meter not have been read when the new meter was installed? The old meter should've been read when it was replaced, and that reading should show up on your bill if it was during the billing period.
